This initiative is part of a broader corporate social responsibility programme as well as an avenue to foster a culture of volunteerism. Employee Volunteering or Employee Community Involvement is volunteer opportunities created through the workplace.


GIFT’s focus is on the engaging employees across the Guardian Group in volunteer work and primarily through community initiatives. The focus on the community is in tandem with the organisation’s corporate social responsibility.
