At Guardian we believe that promoting a positive lifestyle
by involvement in sport can serve to curb rising crime rates
in the Caribbean.
The Group is in its eighth year of sponsorship of the
Carifta Games, the premier IAAF sanctioned Caribbean track &
field meet. The Games are rotated among the Caribbean
territories. As with all major sponsorships, GHL personnel
are actively involved in the planning of the event.

CARIFTA Games for the last seven consecutive
years is all part of our commitment to building

launching pad for the Caribbean’s most talented
