GHL APPOINTS NEW AVPS

Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) is pleased to announce the following promotions within its Group:

Jason Julien, Assistant Vice-President, Business Development, Guardian Holdings Limited.
Jason Julien, an alumnus of Queen's Royal College, graduated from the University of the West Indies with a BSc. (Honours) in Management Studies.   He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has a Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from the Edinburgh Business School.

Prior to joining GHL as Manager, Business Development, Mr. Julien worked in the Corporate Finance Unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Consultant and later as a Citigroup Mergers and Acquisitions analyst and Asset Based Finance professional.  He will be responsible for mergers and acquisitions and the development of strategic initiatives, where he represents GHL's strategic interests on the Boards of various organizations, projects and events.

Natasha D'Oliveira, Assistant Vice President, Accounting, Guardian Holdings Limited
Ms D'Oliveira graduated from the University of the West Indies with a BSc in Accounting and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University, U.K.  She is also a Fellow, Certified Chartered Accountants.
