Keston Nancoo, ECA Board Member

Keston Nancoo, Vice-President of Employee Relations at Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL) has been appointed to the board of the Employees Consultative Association (ECA).

Mr. Nancoo is not only a member of the Board but will also serve on the Industrial Relations & Business Development Board Committee, to advise the Board on IR/Business Development matters.

He brings to the ECA over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and insurance industries at the senior management level. He currently lectures at the Arthur Lok Jack School of Business in Services Marketing and is an adjunct lecturer in Meetings, Conferences and Events at the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute. Mr. Nancoo is also Chairman of the National Carnival Commission.
